1 Corinthians 2:9-10
As clever as we might think we are, as educated as we may have become, and as advanced as technology is - we have no possible way of knowing what heaven is going to be like. Our minds - regardless of how good our imaginations may be, can only imagine within the confines of the world we live in and the experiences we may have had.
This scripture goes some way to make clear that "we ain't seen nothing yet!" We have not seen, heard, or even gotten close to imagining how glorious and amazing heaven is going to be.
Someone famously said, "If God created this world in six days and He has been working on heaven for two thousand years..then we have been living in a garbage can."
So all who are trusting Jesus for their eternal future can look forward to stepping out of the 'garbage can' and into an eternal home way beyond our imaginations.
