Even if we have repented of our sin and God has saved us from our sin (the Bible refers to this as being born-again), we still live in a sinful world, and sometimes we fail in our walk with God and make mistakes. We sin.

But God so loves us that He eagerly and lovingly waits for us to call on Him. As we come to Him and repent of what we have done wrong He rushes toward us with His arms wide open to receive us and to forgive us.

He never gets angry with us, or ever tires of us failing. We are only human and sometimes we stumble and we fall.  But He is waiting to lovingly pick us up and restore us.

What a faithful God we have.
