A man once said to the evangelist D L Moody
“Sir, I don’t like your methods.”
Moody replied “Well, sir, I am not fully satisfied with them myself. What are your methods of winning people to a finer way of living?”
“Me?” the man retorted indignantly “I don’t do that sort of thing.”
Moody’s answer was “I prefer my method of doing, rather than your method, of not doing.”
And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’ (Matthew 25:40)
