Mozart was so poor that he couldn’t afford to even buy wood for the fire and had to wrap his hands in old socks to keep them warm.  Dvorak was also poor, so much so that shared a room with five other students and would go without meals so that he could rent an old piano.  Yet, these men gave the world some of the greatest music.

Maybe you and I are not geniuses, and we may never achieve anything out of the ordinary, but we can follow such great examples by never giving way to despair, and never letting circumstances get in the way or get the better of us.

But we only need to simply trust in Jesus as our all sufficiency, and He will keep us and provide for our every need – with or without that measure of talent.

But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. (Matthew 6:33)
